Experience
Michelle Chin Mei Hwa was called to the Malaysian Bar in January 2011. Michelle joined the Firm as chambering pupil in March 2010 and she was admitted as a partner of the Firm in January 2017.
She has experience in civil litigation for matters related to banking and commercial law, insolvency law and family law proceedings.
She also handles all kinds of conveyancing matters including sale and purchase of residential, commercial and retail properties involving individuals and corporations, both in housing projects and the secondary markets.
Apart from the above, she also handles probate and administration of estate matters which includes drafting of wills, applications for Grant of Probate and Grant of Letters of Administration and also application for Small Estate distribution.
